Every roof comes with two promises. The manufacturer stands behind the shingle, and the roofer stands behind the installation. Homeowners are usually shown the first one in a brochure and never told much about the second, which is unfortunate, because the overwhelming majority of roof failures we are called out to in Southern Illinois are installation problems rather than product defects — nails driven high or overdriven, flashing reused instead of replaced, valleys shortcut, ventilation ignored.
Our work carries a limited lifetime workmanship warranty. And because John Beal Roofing has been family owned and operated since 1947, the company that issued it is still the company that answers the phone.
