How the estimate gets built

We measure the roof rather than estimating squares from the curb, note the existing layers, the deck condition where we can see it, ventilation, and every flashing that will have to be replaced instead of reused. Then the number reflects the actual job on your house instead of an average.

If the honest answer is a repair, the estimate says repair. We would rather do a small job right and see you again in eight years than sell a replacement nobody needed.
